The Turkey Strutter
Join us Saturday, October 3rd for our latest & greatest TPMBC event! This laid-back, family-friendly challenge was inspired by a couple of things:
First, we like Poker Runs! But we wanted to offer something a little different!
Second, many riders come to Turkey Point for the Fall Ripper weekend & are looking for something to do on Saturday. Every year we're asked about a Saturday Group Ride; well, here it is!
Third, we're a tiny bit selfish. A few of our executive & club volunteers are so busy at the Fall Ripper that we don't get out for a ride! We thought up something requiring minimal volunteers so we can get out & have fun too!
The Strutter will test your ability to solve the provided clues while simultaneously navigating our trail network. Can you solve all the clues & make it back to the starting point in the allotted time? Knowledge of our trail network is certainly an asset as one clue leads you to the next, how you get there is entirely up to you! There will be an emergency "clue hotline" you can call in case you get stumped! You must pre-register in order to attend this event.
Your $50 ticket gets you:
• Choose from the kid-friendly 15KM route, or the more ambitious 30KM loop!
• All participants are automatically entered in a draw. We have a great selection of gift cards & prizes donated by local businesses!
• A super cool T-shirt designed by our friends at Eric Pond Designs. Lovingly screen-printed by hand in Norfolk County. (scroll to the bottom to see the tee!)
• Turkey Dinner with all the fixings from Sandbar On The Beach!
• An ice-cold Beer from Wishbone Brewing Company!

12:50PM • Pep talk & rules!
1:00PM • The Challenge begins!
4:30PM • The Challenge ends!
5:00PM • Prizes drawn, Turkey Dinner is served!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION * Please note we have a cut-off date for T-shirts. You must register before September 23rd to receive a shirt. After September 23rd you can still register for the event, but you will NOT receive a T-shirt! *
Combine the Strutter with our 2026 Fall Ripper on October 4th for an epic action-packed bike-filled weekend in TP! Camping is available at the Turkey Point Provincial Park & Glamping accommodations are available at Long Point Eco-Adventures www.lpfun.ca!
